Screen Print, DTF, Puff and High-Density Printing
Choose the print process according to artwork, fabric, quantity and durability target.
What brands need to know
Screen printing is efficient for repeated bulk graphics and can use water-based, plastisol, discharge or specialty inks subject to fabric compatibility. DTF supports detailed multicolour artwork and smaller runs but creates a different surface hand. Puff ink expands to create relief; high-density printing builds a sharper raised layer. Every technique requires suitable artwork, colour separation, dimensions, placement and curing tests. Stretch fabrics, coated materials and garment washing require additional trials.
Production checklist
- Provide vector artwork
- Confirm print size and placement
- Test stretch and wash durability
- Approve colour and surface hand
How this affects your quotation
A reliable quotation depends on the final design, construction, fabric, GSM, colours, size range, quantity per style and colour, branding, packing, delivery country and target date. Commercial feasibility and material availability are reviewed before a price is confirmed.
